This is the 2nd video in a series on Jim Hall’s ‘All The Things You Are’ from his album ‘Three’.
This week we dive into the first chorus of his solo. His solo is an incredible lesson on phrasing and melody and why you don’t necessarily always need to stick to the chord tones all the time to make something sound great!
In this series I’m teaching you how to play the whole tune and I’ve recorded a backing track with live instruments specifically for this.
You can get the Kemper and HX Stomp patch I use at www.patreon.com/exeterguitarlessons
